The advent of ‘Metalloid’, our house journal is one such occasion which marks the fulfilment of a long-felt desire. It is a culmination of our collective efforts to create a forum to reach out to people around us while making ourselves reachable to them. ‘Metalloid’ represents a firm belief that we can transform ourselves and our world by changing the way we communicate with ourselves and others. Every thought, word and deed that emanates from here will send out ripples that have the capability to create cohesion and collaboration at all levels and alter life for everybody. Joining us on this happy occasion are our Chairman, Managing Director and Directors who wish ‘Metalloid’ all success with their congratulatory messages. Every section in ‘Metalloid’ will truly reflect the three core functions this journal has chosen for itself- to inform, to inspire and to excel! We are sure you will all agree it is a significant step to bring us together. Well, it will be very apt to quote Henry Ford’s famous lines in this context: “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success”. Undoubtedly ‘Metalloid’ is a beginning which will harness our collective energies, push forward the frontiers of our achievements and propel us into continuous progress.
I am extremely delighted over bringing out this inhouse magazine aptly named “Metalloid”. It will serve as an important tool in communication and in the exchange of ideas not only within the organization, but also with the greater world outside – DINESH KUMAR SINGHI, EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN.
“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them” said John F. Kennedy. The appreciation and eagerness of various people have only strengthened our resolve to make Metalloid a great reading experience. We know that Metalloid goes to the hands of people from different segments and our goal is to make every issue better and interesting than the previous ones. – VVV RAJU, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CFO
